There are fast, slow, high, and low periods that life will take us through and then there are ruts. Ruts are those foggy times when we feel stuck and unable to make any moves in either direction. These times can be felt in your job, your marriage, and your relationships. They feel tough to beat because you just don’t know how to get out of it once you’re there.
